Terms of service

Version of 2026-10-26. These terms govern the use of AnyReps (the “Service”). The Polish version is binding; this is a translation.

1. Provider

The Service is run by Matthew Sarkowski, e-mail: contact@anyreps.com (the “Operator”).

2. What the Service is

  • An information catalog and a set of tools (including a link converter) presenting offers available on external platforms (Taobao, Tmall, Weidian, 1688).
  • The Operator does not sell products, accept payments, intermediate orders or act as a shopping agent, and is not a party to any contract between the user and a platform, seller or agent. Purchases happen only on external websites under their terms.
  • Parcel tracking is not provided at this time (announced as “SOON AVIABLE”).

3. No affiliation and trademarks

AnyReps is an independent website and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Taobao, Tmall, Alibaba Group (including 1688), Weidian, KakoBuy or any other shopping agent, shop, seller or brand. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of a product.

4. Services and technical requirements

  • Free services: catalog browsing, search, link converter, report form and — once available — a user account with favorites.
  • Requirements: an Internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript; signing in requires accepting strictly necessary cookies.
  • Using the Service without an account starts when you open it and ends when you leave. The account agreement starts at registration, is indefinite, and you may terminate it at any time by deleting the account in settings.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

5. Rules of use

  • Do not submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights (including personal and intellectual property rights), misleading content or spam.
  • Do not disrupt the Service, bypass security, scrape it in a burdensome way or attempt unauthorised access.
  • The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms after a prior warning, unless the breach is serious or the law requires otherwise.

6. Product information

  • Prices are source prices on the stated date; PLN/USD conversions are indicative (NBP rate) and exclude agent fees, shipping, customs and taxes.
  • Information may be outdated. The Operator does not guarantee availability, quality, authenticity or conformity of products — the seller on the source platform is responsible for them.
  • You are responsible for checking that buying and importing a product is lawful, including intellectual-property and customs rules. Goods infringing trademarks may be seized by customs.
  • The Service does not knowingly list goods infringing third-party rights; right holders can report infringements as described in section 9.

7. Affiliate links

Some shopping-agent links are affiliate links (marked in the Service). If you order after following such a link, the Operator may receive a commission from the agent. Your price does not change. Agents do not receive your personal data from us.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to the Operator's e-mail (contact@anyreps.com) with a description and a reply address. We respond within 14 days. Complaints about orders are handled by the seller or agent you bought from.

9. Content reports and point of contact

Unlawful or infringing content can be reported via “Report a problem” on a product page, the “Content reports” page or by e-mail, with the content address and an explanation (for rights claims — the right holder's details). We act without undue delay and inform reporters who left an e-mail. The Operator's e-mail is the point of contact for users and authorities (including under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — DSA); languages: Polish, English.

10. Liability

The Operator takes care to keep the Service running correctly but is not responsible for external websites or for transactions concluded outside the Service. Limitations of liability do not apply to the extent they would restrict mandatory consumer rights.

12. Final provisions

  • The Operator may change these terms for important reasons; account holders will be informed at least 14 days in advance and may delete their account before the change.
  • Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.
  • Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. local consumer ombudsmen.
